Qilinji reviews the information, identifies missing details and prepares a clear sourcing brief for communication with potential suppliers.

Suitable independent suppliers are contacted based on the product requirements. Preliminary pricing, tooling requirements, minimum order quantities, manufacturing location and estimated lead times are collected where available.

Paid Sample or Prototype

Production and Shipment Coordination

The available options are organized for client review. The client chooses whether to proceed with a particular supplier, revise the requirements or request further evaluation.

When appropriate, Qilinji coordinates the production and delivery of a paid sample or prototype. The client reviews and approves the result before mass production begins.

After approval and payment arrangements, Qilinji follows production progress, coordinates available quality checks, assists with packaging requirements and supports communication concerning export and shipment.

All supplier selection, samples, tooling and production commitments require client approval. Final prices, minimum order quantities and lead times depend on the selected supplier and confirmed product requirements.
